During the first three years Open Sesame will replace, exchange, repair all factory supplied components of our door operator free of charge. The course of action necessary to return your door operator to a functional state is solely at the discretion of Open Sesame Door Systems, Inc. After the first three years; Open Sesame will replace, exchange, or repair all factory supplied components on a fee basis not to exceed $450.00 for an additional 10 years. This warranty excludes replacement of batteries for remote controls or the battery in the operator itself. Open Sesame Door Systems, Inc. is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty also gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that may vary from State to State.
